The book includes a detailed explanation of the TUPE Regulations 2006 and up-to-date coverage of relevant tax provisions. The fundamentals of international acquisitions are considered by reference to the law and practice of England and Wales, but with comparisons and references to the variety of differing approaches taken in other jurisdictions.
