This new 4th edition of The University of Law SQE Plus manuals has been revised to bring the law and procedure up to date as at 1 October 2024.

Nancy Duffield is a Senior Lecturer at The University of Law in London. Jacqueline Kempton practised as a family law solicitor and is now an Associate Professor at The University of Law in London. Christa Sabine practised as a family law solicitor and is now an Associate Professor at The University of Law in London.

This book is part of a series of study manuals that have been specially designed to cover content for students studying Key Practice Areas on the LLM Legal Practice (SQE1&2).
